Process Overview
Inspection:
- An experienced textile technician can identify pre damage, probability of salvage and provide solutions essential to the restoration process
Inventory:
- We have the ability and software to add identification tags to each and every garment for inventory and tracking
- Our packages can be easily bar coded for tracking
Odour Treatment:
- We have the ability to treat garments with Ozone, UV or liquid neutralizer before, during or after processing
Equipment Overview
Cleaning:
- `Solvent`Dry Cleaning machines; are used to clean without the use of water or moisture. Clothing is immersed in a liquid solvent preserving the original texture and shape of an item by not manipulating the fibers
- Wet-Cleaning machines; the use of specially programmed equipment and smart detergents allow us to clean clothing that is `Dry Clean Only` to be cleaned in water.
- Commercial Laundry machines; standard detergents and water allow us to clean clothing that is machine washable efficiently
Steam Boiler:
- Steam is necessary to operate all our equipment
- We have the ability to use steam to steam-clean items by hand
- Steam is used to inspect for odour in a garment after processing
Finishing:
- Contents have to be steamed, formed, pressed by a professional with proper finishing equipment in order to bring the original appearance of an item back after processing
